How it works
By income
Each of you pays the same share of the bills as your share of your total take-home pay. If you earn 60% of the total, you pay 60% of the bills, so you both keep the same share of your own pay.
50/50
Each of you pays half. Simple, and fair when your incomes are close.
Rounding
Amounts are rounded to the cent, and the two shares always add up to the exact bill total. This is a planning tool, not financial advice.
